Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Regional Facilities & Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of facilities operations infrastructure and plant management across multiple locations in Thailand. This leadership role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency compliance with regulations and the successful execution of improvement projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional expertise in facilities management project oversight and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the Facilities and Shared Services department including team development personnel management and budgeting.
- Building and leading a high-performing team to deliver operational excellence.
- Managing all aspects of plant facilities utilities and infrastructure ensuring operational readiness and efficiency.
- Developing maintenance strategies to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
- Supervising fire safety security and emergency preparedness systems to align with company policies.
- Ensuring compliance with Thai legal requirements including OH&S and environmental regulations.
- Collaborating with local authorities architects and consultants to meet building codes and safety standards.
- Leading infrastructure development and maintenance projects ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Driving large-scale capital projects from planning and procurement to implementation and completion.
- Developing and implementing safety and environmental management systems in line with company standards.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve HSE practices and reduce risks.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure the alignment of goals and expectations.
- Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve quality cost-effective and timely outcomes.
- Establishing and maintaining technical standards for facilities operations including compliance and system audits.
- Conducting regular assessments to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Providing cross-location support for facilities management needs within Asia-Pacific as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- Background from Automotive Business.
- Extensive experience in facilities operations utilities management and large-scale infrastructure projects ideally within industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Strong knowledge of Thai legal and regulatory compliance including safety standards and environmental laws.
- Proven experience in project management with expertise in cost control planning and execution.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and systems for facilities management budgeting and reporting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support regional and international facilities operations.
