- (Manage a team of associates in a cell and work to achieve daily production plan)
- FARO (Write FARO inspection programs using Polyworks software)
- Fabrication (Operate inspect fabricated structures and purchased components. Analyze results to determine conformance to dimensional requirements)
- NPI (Conduct measurements in support of production quality control plans and evaluation of new components for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.)
- (Create technical reports to summarize measurement results. Organize and store records of results.)
- (Able to solve assembly issues within the cell by working with cross functional team leaders)
- Manufacturing Practice MJ1020 (Responsible for Controlling follow with Manufacturing practice MJ1020)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- . / Vocation level up
- (Caterpillar payroll regular full-time/regular part-time employees)
- 1E (Experience reading engineering drawings and Cat 1E specifications is highly desirable.)
- Caliper High gauge Micro meter (Experience in use of manual measurement devices (Callipers gauges micro meters) highly desirable.)
- 1 /Have a good attendance record and comply with the company rules and no have disciplinary record 1 year before apply.
- (Strong communication skill and a demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with co-workers and customers.)
- (Basic of English language)
- /Able Ability to use computer skills MS. Office.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Additional work experience particularly in Quality at CRTT is highly desirable.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MES AQE and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable. Ability to use vis view software to open and view CAD models of assemblies is highly desirable. Experience using online Caterpillar drawings (in EPIX or HVC) and 1E Specifications (in REDI) also highly desirable.
- Experience in use of manual measurement devices (calipers gauges micrometers) highly desirable.
- Understanding and experience with the root cause and corrective action (RCCA) issue resolution process is highly desirable.
- Understand BIQ process
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with coworkers and customers.
