Job Description
Center for Leadership and Cultural Intelligence (CLCI) at Nanyang Business School is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Research Associate. The Research Associate will be part of a dynamic team of researchers involved in spearheading high-impact research on leadership and cultural addition this role offers great opportunities for acquiring research skills and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage data-collection including set-up and administration/coordination of surveys and field interviews
Collate quantitative and qualitative survey data and managing the database
Conduct literature review and data analyses
Present information in both visual and written formats
Job Requirements:
Masters Degree preferably in Psychology
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word Excel Powerpoint) and other data visualization software (e.g. Tableau)
Proficiency in statistical packages (e.g. R SPSS) will be an advantage
Detail-oriented meticulous and able to work independently under time pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills
