Roles and responsibilities:
Support sprint planning and collaborate with other teams from different locations and client.
Analyze client requirements.
Review estimates and suggest updates.
Complete design and develop accordingly in a timely fashion.
Guide the team on tasks.
Perform design and code review.
Support testing and client queries.
Interface and communicate with the onsite team.
Participate in scrum calls and provide status reports.
Take part in CoE activities trainings recruitments as required and interested.
Must-have Skillsets:
Backend: Core Java Springboot.
Front End: Javascript NodeJS ReactJS Typescript.
Good written and oral communication.
Excellent analytical skill.
Experience in Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodology.
Good-to-have Skillsets:
Knowledge of NPM.
Backend: Edge cloud APIs or exposure to any Guidewire InsuranceSuite products (BillingCenter ClaimCenter PolicyCenter).
Frontend: Guidewire Jutro Digital Portal (JDP).
Hands on experience Guidewire Producer Customer or Service Rep Engage.
Insurance domain knowledge.
At least two Guidewire implementations.
Minimum Requirements/Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering Information Technology
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Full Stack Software Development/Engineering.
