Job Description
Our client a Commercial bank is looking to hire is looking to hireSystem Analyst
- Supporting the Head of application support to handle the incident process management.
- Taking ownership of escalated incidents coordinating with resolution parties and establishing effective communication between stakeholders during incidents and post-incident reviews.
- Monitoring support teams to ensure SLAs are met and to ensure optimal service and customer satisfaction.
- Providing accurate and regular reports to the management regarding to the incident management.
- Provides technical support to maintain the smooth 24 hours round the clock operation (including Disaster Recovery Site support) within the bank.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent.
- 4 years experience in application software development with at least 2 years in system analysis.
- Exposure to multiple open computer platforms
- Experienced in Java JS MySQL MS SQL Server Oracle Linux
- Knowledge and experience on e-channels systems
- Sound communication skills
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Strong project planning skills
- Able to coordinate own/others time resources and workload
- Strong sense of teamwork willing to share experience and expertise with team members
