Parts Sales Advisor Main Dealer Parts Hub (Guildford area)
basic 4000 bonus
Office-based Full-time Team of 6
Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with a passion for the automotive industry Were looking for a Parts Sales Advisor to join our busy Guildford-based Main Dealer Parts Hub.
Youll be joining a supportive team of 6 working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills with a respected brand while enjoying excellent earning potential and strong team spirit.
What youll be doing:
- Handling inbound parts enquiries from trade and retail customers
- Identifying sourcing and selling automotive parts
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering great service
- Working closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and keep operations running smoothly
What were looking for:
- Previous experience in parts sales automotive retail or a customer service role
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A proactive solutions-focused approach
Whats on offer:
- basic 4000 annual bonus
- Hours: MonFri (8:005:30 then 8:306:00 on rota) plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:301:00)
- 22 days holiday bank holidays
