Job Description
THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Senior Merchandiser at Lounge by Zalando you are responsible for driving the commercial success of your category. You define the strategy and financial KPI plan contributing directly to the Lounge by Zalando strategy. You have end-to-end accountability for steering your category to reach its commercial goals. You lead the team in the category for whom you have both disciplinary and functional leadership responsibilities. You constantly challenge direction and priorities based on purpose and business goals. You build strong relationships across the business building the foundations for the success of your category. You have advanced knowledge of financial planning tools and processes and play an instrumental role in evolving these in Zalando to benefit the future business.
