Location: Remote Latin America preferred (open to South Africa or the Philippines)

Mission
Establish scalable operations oversee hiring and onboarding and ensure effective cross-functional project delivery.
Core Responsibilities
Build and own the project management system and master roadmap.
Establish RACI frameworks SOPs and an internal knowledge base (documentation and Looms).
Coordinate the recruiting pipeline and candidate interviews.
Develop and track 30/60/90-day onboarding plans for new hires.
Lead weekly operations meetings create agendas capture notes and drive action items.
Track and report on KPIs and OKRs proactively surfacing risks or blockers.
Collaborate cross-functionally across clinical operations marketing HR and finance.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure operational continuity.
Support special projects such as KAP program launches peptides and longevity initiatives.
Continuously improve processes and internal workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Non-Negotiables
35 years of project management experience in healthcare professional services or startup environments.
Exceptional written and spoken English; strong client-facing professionalism.
Expertise in project management tools (Asana or ClickUp) Google Workspace Slack and Notion.
Experience building KPI dashboards and reporting structures.
Proven ability to create SOPs onboarding and training programs for new hires.
Skilled at running standups managing timelines and risks and maintaining a documentation-first approach.
Demonstrated ownership accountability and reliable follow-through.
Stable internet connection and ability to work overlapping U.S. Eastern Time hours.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in behavioral health private practice management or broader healthcare operations.
Exposure to HR or recruiting coordination onboarding or training.
Familiarity with CRM or marketing operations (e.g. HubSpot email automation) and basic analytics.
Understanding of HIPAA compliance telehealth workflows and vendor management.
Prior experience providing executive assistant or operational support at a leadership level.
