To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Sr. Process Engineer located in Suzhou Suqian.
Reporting to the PE Manager the Sr. Process Engineer role involves
What a typical day looks like:
- Engineering analysis for new product quotation.
- Design product manufacturing process including WI fixture tool material inspection and verificationpackage process control method etc.
- Manage product engineering changes.
- Be responsible for Manufacturing Process Improvements to eliminate defects and customer complaints.
- Continuously improve on product quality and production efficiency.
- 8D Support QA for 8D reporting by providing effective corrective and preventive actions analyze and resolve the quality issues and customer complaints by creative solutions.
- Establish and deploy the manufacturing process flow to achieve the best production efficiency.
- Develop and improve the capability of process technician.
- Fulfill tasks assigned by supervisor.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- . College degree or above
- 5 EMS At least 5 years Process Engineering experience preferably in EMS industry.
- SMT. Be proficient in SMTWAVE process.
- Be trained on quality systems as well as advanced quality tools and techniques.
- Be good at learning new technology and tools used for process improvement data analysis and reporting skills.
- Workable English skills.
