Qualifications
Bachelors degree required. 1-3 years of prior work-related experience specifically working with an HRIS and related areas such as payroll job classification and compensation. Prior experience writing advanced queries using functions expressions inner/outer joins and other advanced features. Prior experience with analytical reporting tools such as Tableau and PowerBI. Advanced Excel skills including experience with formulas v-lookup pivot tables nested if statements conditional data formatting charts graphs and other advanced features. Demonstrated experience managing various conflicting deadlines in an environment that requires balancing the demands of multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated high level of analytical conceptual thinking and quantitative skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite specifically Access and Excel. Experience working with large volumes of data. Ability to visually summarize data for an executive audience. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS payroll and other employee management software. Experience with Ellucian Banner is a plus. Exhibit ability to communicate both orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects. Demonstrated high level of integrity discretion and confidentiality.
