Responsibilities:
- Design and developadvanced control systems for automation and industrial applications.
- Integrate and programPLCs SCADA HMI and DCS systems for seamless operations.
- Optimize performanceusing cutting-edge control algorithms such as PID and Model Predictive Control.
- Lead projects managing timelines budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot and improvesystem efficiency minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate and communicatewith clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Mentor and developjunior engineers fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required.
- At least 7-10 yearsof hands-on experience in control systems engineering.
- Minimum3-5 yearsof project management experience.
- Strong expertise inPLC programming(Allen-Bradley Siemens Schneider Electric Mitsubishi).
- Knowledge ofindustrial communication protocolssuch as EtherNet/IP Modbus and Profibus.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.
