Job Summary
At AnyMind Thailand we are committed to delivering seamless and efficient e-commerce operations. We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive E-commerce Operations to lead our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our online retail activities.
What Youll Do
- Liaising with designers developers and other third parties to ensure thedevelopment of e-commerce sites meets the companys standards
- Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in areas such ascustomer satisfaction revenue generation potential and conversion rates
- Assisting with product development and pricing strategy for new products orservices
- Evaluating website performance to determine which elements are performing welland which need improvement
- Managing inventory levels by placing orders with suppliers or manufacturers basedon projected sales volume
- Working with customers to resolve issues or concerns related to orders that havealready been placed
- Managing the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce business including customer service inventory management marketing efforts and financial planning
- Developing strategic plans for improving the companys e-commerce presence overtime to increase sales and conversions
- Developing and implementing ecommerce strategies to improve sales and customerservice such as creating online promotions or new product offerings
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree
- Must have knowledge of AI adaptation in the job.
- Over than 3 years of working experience in E-Commerce Marketplace or E-Commerce Solution Company
- Knowledgeable about E-Commerce Trend and E-Commerce Marketplace in Thailand
- Capable in managing & executing total E-Commerce operation.
- Good command in English language
