Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and draft technical advice for clients.
Participate in calls and meetings with both prospective and existing clients taking detailed notes.
Liaise with third parties including tax authorities and suppliers (local partners).
Research and draft articles on legislative and other changes.
Assist with the preparation of client invoices.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree / Masters degree in Law Management or Economics.
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages will also be valued in the recruitment process.
Professional experience of at least 1 - 2 years in a VAT advisory role preferably with an international/cross-border focus.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
Standard indoor office environment.
Long periods of sitting while working at computer.
Occasional long periods of standing.
Must be able to lift carry push or pull up to 30 lbs.
Position requires regular interaction with employees clients and vendors both in person and via email and telephone.
Independent travel requirement: 5 10%
