The SMB team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager who is passionate about making business operations tools and processes more efficient and effective. Responsibilities include collection of business and systems requirements scoping central processes and tools driving alignment automating workflows and leading implementation and measurement. The ideal candidate is action-focused and data-driven with a love of breaking down problems and delivering large projects end-to-end. Youll collaborate across internal teams (sales product engineering and marketing) and act as a central data-driven program manager leading the alignment and execution of operational processes systems and workflows for our SMB teams.
What youll do:
- Lead sales process optimization for your market by mapping analyzing and redesigning workflows; partner with sales leadership to scope and prioritize opportunities for improvement estimating impact and resource/investment requirements.
- Examine process flows to identify operational gaps develop solutions and collaborate with key stakeholders to define and implement the ideal future-state processes.
- Align with Sales Leadership on strategic initiatives / programs and customize a go-to-market approach for regional markets.
- Monitor and analyze impact of programs to identify areas for improvement and make data driven recommendations.
- Project manage end-to-end delivery of programs from requirements gathering and scoping to implementation training rollout and continuous improvement ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional needs.
- Drive understanding and adoption of core and critical processes among sellers.
- Define problem statements collaborate closely with technical partners (Product Engineering Sales) and help implement process automations new tool integrations and scalable solutions.
- Share key learnings operational best practices and feedback to the Global Program Management team to drive consistency and enable scaling of successful initiatives worldwide.
What were looking for:
- 5 years experience in business / customer operations technical project management or program management (specifically within SMB and advertising preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale process redesigns or systems implementations from initial scoping through to rollout and adoption.
- Strong analytical skills with experience breaking down ambiguous data problems surfacing actionable insights.
- Highly organized able to meet rigorous deadlines while balancing multiple priorities and recognized for strong attention to detail and consistent productivity in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to simplify complex topics and deliver effective presentations or training to diverse audiences.
- Fluent in English and Japanese to collaborate seamlessly with global and regional teams.
- Experience with vendor management workflow automation or AI/SQL tools is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Gong is strongly preferred; additional experience with tools such as Medallia Calendly and Outbound prospecting tools is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business a related field or equivalent experience.

- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means were not always working in an office but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- As such this role will need to be in the office or in front of our customers for in-person collaboration typically 2 days per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Tokyo City based office.
