ABCD & Co a peer-reviewed audit firm with offices in Chennai Bengaluru Cochin and Hubli is seeking a Chartered Accountant for a full-time on-site role in CA will beresponsible for financial management including audits financial advice and ensuring will also handle financial reporting business planning and tax-related firm emphasizes providing comprehensive professional services including audit management consultancy tax consultancy and accounting servicesaccording to ABCD & CO.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in taxes and other statutory laws (Mandatory skill) is essential for maintaining compliance.
- Experience in TDS filing and GST filing (Mandatory skill) to manage taxation for the firm effectively.
- Accounting and auditing skills (Mandatory skill) to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and transparent.
- Strong knowledge in Excel is crucial for managing and analyzing large volumes of data efficiently.
- Proficiency in Tally to maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports to provide managers with insightful business metrics.
- Knowledge of GSTR 9 and 9C for accurate filing of annual returns and reconciliation forms.
- Excellent attention to detail to prevent financial discrepancies and enhance compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare and file TDS and GST returns accurately and timely to meet statutory deadlines.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to established controls and financial procedures.
- Assess financial records and transactions to ensure their accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Generate comprehensive management information system reports to assist in strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payroll processing enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated with evolving tax and statutory regulations to maintain compliance and make informed decisions.
- Assist in managing financial policies designing annual budgets and tracking expenditure against budgets.
