Shangri-La Yiwu
Located at the heart of Yiwu business center Shangri-La Yiwu is near the world-famous Yiwu International Commodity City. The hotel features 362 guestrooms and suites as well as 136 serviced apartments. Shangri-La Yiwu offers guests an exceptional dining experience. Brown Sugar restaurant comes to life with made-to-order Asian and Western dishes. Live cooking stations provide an array of international delights at buffet restaurant Yue Xiu Wok. From the Lobby Lounge guests can enjoy relaxing moments. There is a 2000-square-metre and 12-metre-high pillar-less Grand Ballroom which comfortably accommodates 1000 guests for banquets. There are also 11 other function rooms of varying size some of which provide natural daylight.
We are currently looking for a Service Manager- HSKP (Floor) to join our team.
1. To have complete knowledge of the Shangri-Las Quality Standards Service Standards and Group Specifications..
2. Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotels policies and procedures
3. Maintains and enforces all quality and service standards and procedures for Housekeeping Services.
4. Ensures staff are trained to understand and compete all common requests.
5. Ensures communication with Div/ Dept. and Section Heads is open and productive.
6. Performs any other duties or tasks as assigned by Hotel or Division Management
We are looking for someone who:
1. Physically fit / Has a reasonable standard of oral and written English.
2. Related job experience
3. Displays initiative and creativity
4. Flexible and adaptable to different working locations
