What Youll Do
Start each shift on time equipped with the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Keep your worksite and shop clean safe and organized safety always comes first!
Deliver excellent service to your teammates and communicate professionally.
Ensure all tools and equipment are accessible and ready for use.
Service and repair trucks and equipmentfueling lubricating greasing and changing filters as needed.
Perform general repairs on a variety of equipment and trucks.
Monitor your workflow and adapt as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Who Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a similar industry (but we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn!).
Ownership of basic hand tools and a toolbox is a plus.
Strong communication skills to ensure effective teamwork and a positive work environment.
The ability to operate and drive equipment is helpful training provided as needed.
Excellent organizational skills and mechanical aptitude.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job such as lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
Specific vision abilities needed include close distance peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Work is performed in a hands-on environment sometimes near moving mechanical parts or outdoors in various weather conditions (wet cold or humid).
Noise levels are generally moderate and safety is always a top priority.
