Be the external voice of our product.

Shape the market narrative create high-signal stories and get on stage (and camera) to make Concords product impossible to ignore.

AI is changing how products are understood. At Concord were not just adding featureswere creating an AI-first platform and ecosystem.

Your job: translate product truth into crisp talk tracks demos posts and customer education that win attention and deals. Youll be paired with a back-end GTM engineering pod that builds the systems and assets; you own the story the mic and the market feedback loop.

This role doesnt exist in most companies 35 years it will be standard for category-defining products. Right now you get to help define it.

About the role

As our AI Product Voice Lead on the front-end GTM team reporting to theGTM Engineer Lead you are the external product evangelist. Youll own how we explain Concords product and AI capabilities to prospects customers partners analysts and press. You will not build UI systems or code components. Instead youll craft narratives run demos on stage/online publish high-signal content and close the loop with the field so the product story. A dedicated back-end GTM engineering pod will partner with you to build reusable demo environments sample data and content pipelines.


What youll drive (missions not chores)

    • Own the external product voice & field guide: positioning naming glossary audience-specific talk tracks and one-liners the field can deploy immediately.
    • Create high-signal public product stories: launch posts explainers narrated demo scripts short videos case studies and website copy that make value obvious.
    • Partner (dont code) on demo assets: define the story flows and requirements for reusable demos and sample data; the back-end GTM engineering team builds and maintains them.
    • Make our AI legible: craft how it works narratives (MCP agents/assistants orchestration) with clear analogies and live demos; co-present with PM/Eng when useful.
    • Message testing in market: A/B test value props headlines CTAs and talk tracks across pages webinars emails events; track engagement qualified convos and post-demo activation.
    • Out-of-product education: run webinars workshops office hours roadshows conference talks; keep a repeatable deck demo one-pager kit any AE/CSM can run.
    • Quality inclusion and reach: hold a high bar for plain language and inclusive voice; coordinate localization; keep consistency across site decks docs videos and social.
    • Tight field/product loop: join evals and QBRs synthesize objections and proof points feed insights to PM and GTM engineering; train Sales/CS on the evolving narrative.
    • Actively participate in the respect of all practices and security policies of the company.

What you bring

    • 5 years in product marketing/evangelism sales engineering or developer/community advocacy with a storytelling bent
    • Portfolio of public-facing assets (talks posts videos decks) that drove engagement or pipeline
    • On-stage/on-camera confidence; you enjoy live demos and audience Q&A
    • Sharp writing: you cut jargon find the right term and make benefits unmistakable
    • Comfort running light experiments and reading basic funnel/engagement analytics
    • Strong partner mindset with Sales/CS PM/Eng; you turn field signal into better messaging and assets
    • Bonus: experience with AI-powered SaaS platforms or automation products; community building

Important information
