Job Summary
Job Description
Our client is a leading construction company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction engineering aspects during the bidding process.
- Review construction drawings and specifications to propose value engineering options that reduce cost and time for bidding.
- Inspect construction drawings and prepare structural and temporary works coordinating closely with the Estimation and Procurement teams.
- Prepare structural calculations for both permanent and temporary structures to support each project.
- Ensure quality control for structural works and advise proper working methods to project staff and subcontractors.
- Provide engineering advice and resolve structural-related issues for the site team.
- Prepare and update method statements and work procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong leadership integrity patience and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding and interest in structural theory and design.
- Experience in high-rise building construction is a must.
- Knowledge of construction engineering materials tools and machinery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ETABS SAFE AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other relevant software or be a quick learner.
- Holds a valid Thai Professional Engineering License (..).
- In-depth technical knowledge in construction engineering.
- High responsibility and ability to work well under pressure.
