The Role

As a Value Delivery Lead at Pebble you strive when managing complex projects connecting the dots between our customers and the Pebble squad(s) and between cloud data development and automation experts.

Cliché but stakeholder management is key. You know enough about technology to understand if were on the right track and can have a serious discussion about it with the team. But you also talk business. You understand our customers business processes and can get to the core quickly. Value is not created by implementing technology it is created when the customer perceives it.

What that value is Youre the one to find out - together with your customer - and make sure to deliver with your team. The more customer-centric the solution is designed the more chance youll succeed. The delivery method can differ per customer or project. We do not really care about the framework or methodology as long as the job of value realization gets done. We believe the key to success is a combination of management communication social and technical skills.

Job requirements

To be successful you:

Have a technical background and understand cloud data and integration technology on high level.
Have well developed social skills you can motivate and understand the people you work with
Have excellent stakeholder management skills and you understand this is the key capability in successful delivery of a solution
Look at solutions from abusiness value point of viewrather than from a technical point of view
Youre not the project manager that wants to have another progress meeting and youre not telling us why we didnt meet our deadlines; youre telling what we must do to meet deadlines or what you did to meet them.
Are fluent in speaking and writing in English and preferably also in Dutch

Things that might help:

You have experience - we understand it is impossible to tick all the boxes - with Azure Kubernetes Services Fabric and/or Databricks deploying CI/CD pipelines Infra as Code and more of that cool stuff)
Microsoft Certifications in the space of Infrastructure AI Cloud Platforms and/or Development.
Experience as a project manager focusing on outcomes rather than processes.
