The role
As Value Delivery Lead you get your kicks from connecting the dots. You understand cloud data and integration technology insights. More important you understand the business processes of our customer and can advise and deliver the right solution. The goal is not to implement our solutions as such but to create value by doing so.
What that value is You are the one to find that out and realize it together with the customer. Of course as part of a Pebble team consisting of cloud data and integration professionals. The delivery method can differ per customer or project. We do not really care about the framework or methodology as long as the job of value realization gets done. We believe the key to success is a combination of management communication social and technical skills.
Job requirements
To be successful you:
- Have a technical background and can understand cloud data and integration technology on high level
- Have well developed social skills you can motivate and understand the people you work with
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills and you understand this is the key capability in successful delivery of a solution
- Look at solutions from a business value point of view rather than from a technical point of view
- Have experience in (project) managerial roles and have a proven track record in managing the successful delivery of cloud data or integration solutions
- Are fluent in speaking and writing in English and preferably also in Dutch
