Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager - Demand Partnerships to join our team in Mexico City. Our team is made up of energetic and results-driven individuals that bring our media services and ad tech products to the market each day - working with clients across agencies in-house brand teams and platform partners.

What youll do

    • Manage a high volume of daily prospect-to-client meetings
    • Define target markets/verticals prospect generation processes and pipelines and document interactions and follow-ups in Outreach and internal tools
    • Conduct virtual or in-person sales meetings with agencies and advertisers
    • Execute the complete sales lifecycle of potential agreements
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to create custom auction packages for premium inventory and support revenue growth
    • Develop a deep understanding of the programmatic market and the Equativ - EBC platforms functioning
    • Articulate and address technical issues creating solutions where possible
    • Operate and grow business with digital buyers and CTV in media agencies trading desks and direct advertisers
    • Sell Equativs media solutions and promote the use of Equativs self-service buying tools
    • Build strong relationships with buyers through regular meetings calls inventory reporting and recommendations
    • Ensure focus is maintained on goals that will have the greatest impact on demand business
    • Increase awareness of our ad inventory offering and create a reputation of excellence for Equativ in the market

Who you are:

    • Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing
    • 5 years in digital sales with a proven track record on the demand side especially among agencies and ATDs
    • Hands-on experience working with Trading Desks DSPs DMPs data providers or other programmatic platforms
    • Sales-oriented hunter mentality and focused on identifying new business opportunities leveraging knowledge and credibility to change customer behavior and increase revenue
    • Entrepreneurial spirit creative and open-minded with expertise in identifying opportunities and strong networks on the demand side
    • Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset.
