Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
The regional sales organization identifies the best technical and cost-effective solutions and assists in the preparation of complex proposals. Provide technical support during technical meetingsproduct presentations and negotiations and provide training on products solutions and services. The incumbent will also manage liaison with the Microsoft engineering team in Singapore on a priority basis.
Prepare or assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals based on customer specifications regional LVS plant instructions and sales organization guidelines.
Participates in kick-off meetings organized by the pro
Defines the cost of the proposed solution and communicates it to the sales organization.
In accordance with ABB policy provides necessary information for risk reviews and participates in risk assessments as needed.
Analyzes customer needs and competitive proposals through general market information and information provided by the sales organization.
Analyze lost proposals identify possible causes and recommend future improvements in collaboration with the Sales / LVS LPG team.
Formulate traditional and digital solutions tailored to LVS strategic customers in assigned region. Work to develop new LVS
solutions that address market needs and support front line sales in promoting solutions and expanding the market.
Create and provide training and promotional materialsto effectively communicate new solutions to frontline sales and target customers.
Work with sales and the LVS LPG team to analyze lost proposals improve future proposals and increase market competitiveness.
Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
University degree or higher
At least 3 years of direct sales and marketing experience in low voltage systems and products
In-depth knowledge of low voltage systems and products
JapaneseJLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language
EnglishMust be fluent in English
