Home Oxygen
Nebulisers
Ventilations
Sleep
We currently provide such therapies to over 10000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare). Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation training on how to use equipment servicing and removal.
The successful candidates will join an experienced team to deal with Credit Control Invoice management and Debt Collection to thousands of customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland working between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. Remuneration packages are dependent on relevant experience.
High level organisation
Monitoring of bad debt list
Actively pursue outstanding invoices for payment
Raise credit notes and supplementary invoices as and when required
Daily Collection Calls and emails
Monthly invoice run sending statements and daily receipts via post and email
Raising and resolving customer queries in a timely manner
Strong and accurate data entry & typing
Ability to liaise and build rapport with a wide range of contacts both internal and external
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a polite and courteous telephone manner.

Proficient in use of Microsoft excel and google sheets for reporting
Review exception reports and make corrections to contracts where necessary
Undertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the appropriate line managers from time to time related to the effective and efficient performance of the job
