The Senior Compensation Partner International is a brand new and vital member of Pures HR Compensation Team bridging strategic global HR initiatives with responsibility for regional design and delivery. This individual contributor role offers wide scope high impact and autonomy in supporting senior HR and business leaders across multiple countries.

In this role youll lead through influence and subject matter expertise - managing relationships across all levels and driving outcomes. Youll partner closely with stakeholders across HR Legal Finance and business leaders to develop compensation strategies that support organization growth global compliance and an exceptional employee experience.

Strategic Partnership & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted compensation advisor to HRBPs and business leaders delivering insights that align pay strategies with organizational goals by enabling long-term talent success through strategic acquisition engagement and retention
  • Lead regional HRBPs and business leaders through Annual Compensation Cycle to ensure fairness and consistency across rewards and alignment with Pures pay for performance philosophy

Operational Expertise

  • Design and implement competitive compensation structures across product sales and G&A functions for International including base pay incentives and allowances
  • Ensure compliance with global and regional pay regulations including EU Pay Transparency Gender Pay Gap reporting and Collective Bargaining Agreement requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage projects effectively including change communications policy documentation and Workers Council consultations related to compensation design
  • Execute programs with excellence using proven program management experience to ensure stakeholder alignment visibility and on time delivery

Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage best practices to evolve Pures compensation effectiveness and build knowledge base of regional compensation practices and processes to drive efficiency and scale

WHAT YOULL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field. A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. Certified Compensation Professional) is preferred
  • Proven previous experience in compensation management
  • Ability to navigate complex challenges with strong analytical critical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Familiarity of global employment and labor laws partnering effectively with legal counsel when needed
  • Experience applying user-centered design thinking to shape impactful HR processes and experiences
  • Ability to translate ambiguity into clarity through confident clear communication whether presenting to groups leading workshops or aligning stakeholders
  • Influence without authority by fostering cross-functional collaboration in both in-person and virtual environments
  • Strong ownership mindset with a proactive high-quality approach to work
  • Trusted to handle sensitive information with maturity discretion and sound judgment
  • Highly organized while managing competing priorities with resilience and focus
  • Committed to continuous learning improvement and bringing a positive can-do attitude to every challenge
  • Proficiency in compensation management systems and tools
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.
