Our Talent Acquisition team is expanding and were bringing on a Technical Recruiter to support the hyper-growth of our R&D and Product teams in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This isnt just about filling roles; its about directly impacting our most valuable asset: our people who build the future of cybersecurity.
Youll own the full recruitment lifecycle from innovative sourcing to crafting meaningful interview experiences and skillfully closing offers. Youre not just a recruiter but a strategic partner and influencer utilizing data and market insights to shape recruitment outcomes strategically. This will be a 1-year fixed-term employment contract. The role requires Prague office attendance at least twice a week.
What will you do
- Attract & Close Top Talent: Identify assess and successfully close a diverse pool of R&D and Product professionals for our Czech Republic and Slovakia offices.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with our hiring managers other recruiters sourcers and talent coordinators globally to streamline the entire recruitment process.
- Build Future Pipelines: Develop and execute innovative strategies to build robust talent pipelines for immediate and future needs.
- Elevate Candidate Experience: Deliver exceptional candidate experiences through every interaction ensuring a positive journey for all.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data to report on success identify trends and make informed recommendations for our recruitment strategy.
- Employer Branding & Networking: Leverage social media and your strong network to showcase SentinelOnes culture and attract high-demand tech talent. Participate in our events and meet-ups.
- Drive Best Practices: Implement and refine recruitment best practices including purpose-driven event strategies.
What Youll Bring:
- 5 years of technical recruiting experience within fast-growing tech companies. Cybersecurity talent market knowledge is a significant plus.
- Expert Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to find top-tier talent using various tools including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Influential Collaborator: Demonstrated success partnering with and influencing senior business leaders on hiring strategies.
- Candidate & Client Advocate: Strong focus on delivering excellent experiences for candidates and hiring managers with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to track analyse and leverage key recruitment metrics (e.g. conversion rates) to drive strategy.
- Innovative Thinker: Youre a creative problem-solver who can think outside the box while understanding recruitment fundamentals.
- Team Player: A positive attitude strong organisational skills high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
