Responsibilities of Clinical Application Specialist
- Able to do beam data collection post model adjustment and verification Provide ELEKTA related products application training to customers Maintain China customers needs and support pre-sales & after-sales team on specific projects Be able to provide different levels (standard advanced) training solutions to customer base on requirements Communicate product changes & clinical feature to colleagues.
- Key customer such maintenance provide technique support on research.
- Organize user groups/user meetings to share and promote advanced applications
- Be able to provide onsite projects management
- Ensure optimal performance of installed base throughout the life cycle of systems Ensure good customer satisfaction
- Provide good business supporting in the area of clinical applications
- Have good understanding of clinical needs in the market
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above in medical physics
- At least 3 years of clinical experience
- Good skills of Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Good command of English and Chinese writing/speaking
- Good medical equipment market and product know-how
- High sense of responsibility self-motivated
- Adaptive to business travel difference environments working under pressure. Team player good communication and coordination skills
