Job Description
Our client is a leading player in the telecommunications infrastructure industry. As part of
its expansionary plan it is seeking to employ an experienced professional to join them as
Financial Analyst (Ref: KHXXX)
Overview
This position is an integral part of the Finance team.
The Job
Responsible for financial planning budgeting and forecast which require evaluating
and recommending modification generated from analysis on the following:
a) Annual budget and financial projections
b) Modeling for pricing review
c) Reforecast exercise
Responsible for providing comprehensive review and commentary to decision makers
including but not limited to:
a) analysis of revenue performance and growth profit and losses variances revenue
reports and key performance indicators
b) reports and commentary for Audit Committee and/or Board
c) data or reports required by C-Suites including review of business cases
Responsible for financial planning and analysis software (BoardX)
Assist manager to run migration project for BoardX
Assist manager on valuation-related matters e.g. goodwill impairment hedging LTI
Assist manager with bank-related procedures and processes as well as refinancing
and debt management
Assist manager with Solvency Statement & Distribution
Monthly cash flow analysis and optimization of cash.
Collaborates closely with finance team and various cost centre owners
Assist in any ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
The Candidate
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a similar position in commercial firms.
Audit experience is an added advantage
Organized and meticulous with good attention to details
Strong computer literacy proficient in MS Excel. Experience in SAP B1 is an
added advantage.
Fast learner who possesses a well-groomed personality and is capable of
multitasking
