Job Description
SHANGRI-LA RESIDENCES JAKARTA
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
- Develop a sound Engineering Operations Maintenance and CAPEX Budget
- Drive Energy Reduction to lower Green House Gasses emission/Global Warming
- Drive improvement of residences facilities through application of new technologies
- Drive the Engineering Development & Training programs
- Ensure operational preparedness of Emergency Response Team
- Ensure proper implementation of the Critical and M&E systems PM program
- Ensure proper implementation of the tenant unit PM program
- Ensure proper implementation of the Public Areas and HOH PM program
- Ensure that fire safety systems are in constant working order
- Implement approved CAPEX Minor Improvement and Renovations projects
- Maintain good relationships with authorities and related support parties
- Manage Maintenance & Repair expenses to support residences Financial goals
- Manage Utilities expenses to support residences Financial goals
- Operate all Engineering M&E systems optimally and to SLIM standards
- Use Continuous Improvement Processes to analyse and eliminate complaints
REQUIREMENTS:
- Due to work pass restrictions only Citizens of Indonesiashall be considered
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- A diploma and/or undergraduate degree in Engineering study
- Ideally more than 5 years of similar experience in an international luxury hospitality industry especially in serviced apartment with strong knowledge across multiple role in Engineering
- Demonstrate strong leadership good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and dedicated with an eye for detail
- Service-oriented and well-organized with strong sense of responsibility
