Job Description We are seeking a highly experiencedTechnology Lead using MSBI Stack The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding business requirements designing and reviewing technical solutions validating architecture and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Experience in Data modeling. The role involves close collaboration with Architects and Business Analysts to define data requirements create Source-to-Target mappings and design ETL pipelines based on business documentation. Insurance domain experience is a plus(Commercial/Speciality Insurance)
Roles & Responsibilities
10 years of experience and a minimum of 5- 7 years of experience in MSBI(SSIS)
Lead ETL and reporting design efforts; provide technical inputs to delivery teams.
Conduct technical risk assessments code reviews and unit test plan evaluations.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Guide offshore teams in developing optimized high-quality code deliverables.
Contribute to detailed design architecture and implementation artifacts including ETL development testing support and deployment.
Collaborate regularly with Data Architects Data Modelers and Testing teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Diagnose customer issues design innovative solutions and support deployment to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of service delivery in a regulated technology environment.
Required Skills & Experience
MSBI (SSIS)
Mandatory: Minimum57 yearsof hands-on experience in SSIS/SQL Server
SQL
Mandatory: Strong proficiency in SQL scripting.
Azure Data Factory ADLS Microsoft Fabric
Nice to Have: Experience or Exposure inany oneof these technologies.
Power BI Confluent Cloud
Nice to Have: Exposure or experience ineitherof these technologies is beneficial.
Python/PySpark/FiveTran
Nice to Have: Exposure or experience is a plus.
Strong SQL skills including complex query writing (MS SQL Server)
Good experience in data modeling
In-depth knowledge of Data Lakes and related modules
Fair understanding of data modeling concepts and data products
Familiarity with DW/BI/AI solution architecture
Experience with Agile methodologies
Strong client interfacing and team management capabilities
Logical thinking problem-solving and collaboration skills
Experience working in highly regulated environments
