Job Description

Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- Manage and troubleshoot container orchestration (Kubernetes Docker).
- Develop and maintain configuration management using Terraform Puppet or Ansible.
- Implement and monitor system performance using tools like New Relic Prometheus DataDog or Dynatrace.
- Automate processes to reduce manual intervention and improve system resilience.
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis for system outages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize architecture and ensure high availability.
- Manage security compliance and configuration standards in regulated environments (SOX HIPAA PCI).
- Maintain SRE runbooks and playbooks for operational efficiency
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as an SRE or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure).
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes Docker).
- Expertise in monitoring and incident response.
- Strong debugging skills and experience with distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Linux & Windows server administration.
- Knowledge of database management (SQL NoSQL performance tuning).
- Experience working in highly regulated environments (SOX HIPAA PCI) is a plus
