About you:
We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist with demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong professional and therapeutic relationships. You will bring extensive clinical experience in your field with the ability to design and implement care plans for patients with complex clinical needs. Specialist knowledge in intensive care and cardiothoracic physiotherapy is essential along with advanced clinical reasoning and sound professional judgment when managing novel complex or critical cases.
The ideal applicant will also have a strong record of clinical leadership including supervising and supporting staff students and technical teams. You will be confident in leading and managing services using problem-solving and a multidisciplinary approach to coordinate high-quality patient care. Experience in service redesign to meet demand and community need will be highly regarded along with a commitment to developing others and contributing to the growth of the service.
