Term: Full Time opportunity 6-month contract

The role:

Guild Insurance is seeking a dedicated and experiencedClaims Service Specialistwith a strong background incommercial property claims or lodgementto join our Melbourne team on a 6-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a values-driven organisation that puts customers first. Youll be the initial contact for new claims and play a key role in setting the strategy and ensuring a smooth claims journey.

Key responsibilities:

  • Receive and triage new commercial Property claims ensuring accurate data capture
  • Set customer expectations and appoint service providers in line with guidelines
  • Manage a portfolio of low complexity claims with a focus on financial and customer outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to continuous improvement

Essential experience:

  • Commercial property claims or lodgement experience is a must
  • Experience using ClaimsCenter (highly desirable)
  • Proven ability to deliverexceptional customer servicewith strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Demonstratedanalytical thinking and attention to detail with high computer literacy and organisational capability
  • Empathetic and culturally aware with the ability to support diverse customer needs and work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication analytical and organisational skills
