Pool Construction Superintendent
ICI Homes is currently seeking to hire a PoolConstructionSuperintendent.
Core Responsibilities:
- Managemultiplejobsitesandcoordinateprojecttimelines.
- Supervisecrewssubcontractorsandtradepartnersdaily.
- Conductdailyinspectionsforqualitycleanlinessandadherencetoplans.
- Communicateprofessionallywithhomeownersvendorsandinternalteams.
- Completeandsubmitprojectdocumentationandchecklists.
- Troubleshootandresolvefieldissuesproactively.
- Ensurecompliancewithsafetyenvironmentalandqualitystandards.
- Travelbetweenjobsitesefficiently.
- Fosterapositiveteamcultureandupholdcompanyvalues.
Qualifications:
- 3-5yearsofpoolconstructionexperience.
- Experienceinthepoolindustryispreferred.
- Strongknowledgeofconstructionprocessesandfieldproblem-solving.
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice.
- Excellentcommunicationskills.
- Abilitytomanagecustomersprofessionally.
- Highattentiontodetailandqualitycontrol.
- Physicallyabletoworkoutdoors.
