Production Engineer II (PIE)

The Production Engineer (Production Industrialization Engineering) is responsible for CRMs operations in optimization of floor space materials personal and equipment for:
- Plant to Plant transfer.
- R&D to Plant transfer.
- Existing production.
Your Responsibilities
Drive defined plans within the scope of responsibilities on the following subject matters in according to the GPVs by leading and coordinating with multi-department resources for the planning of production operations in Singapore plant through the optimization of floor space materials personal and equipment utilization.
Production Floor Plan Layout
- Analyze existing operations from transferring plant for optimized layout in Singapore CRM production (for Plant to Plant).
- Analyze planned process flow and VSM from Process Developer for optimized layout in Singapore CRM production (for R&D to Plant).
Production Kanban
- Define and own Kanban system within the defined scope for CRM Operation.
- Implementation of Kanban Supermarket milk-run within production floor.
- Production Supermarkets materials Kanban lot-size definition and review periodically.
- Support existing production lines for CI projects related to Production Kanban.
Production Capacity
- Define product capacity model through products VSM.
- Align with OPS Transfer Lead taking into considerations on process yield Capacity ramp up plan from first series (ERS) to 100% capacity for new transfers into Singapore CRM production.
- Supporting CI team and existing production lines on the above subject matters.
Your Profile
- Bachelors Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Degree holders with2yearsof relevant working experience in manufacturing environment in the capacity of Industrial Engineer on manual / automated assembly processes.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Experience in product transfer working on Production Floor Plan an advantage.
- Knowledge in Production Kanban with implementation experience an advantage.
- Familiar with ISO13485 and GMP.
- Strong organizational communication and intercultural skills.
