Job Description

The NTI-NTU Corporate Laboratory invites applications for the position of Research Fellow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design planning and setting up of a new plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) system.

  • Design appropriate experiments for PECVD growth of boron nitride nanomaterials.

  • Optimization of PECVD parameters.

  • Perform and analyze SEM TEM and Raman and other material characterization.

  • Perform thermal characterization and real-application tests.

  • Prepare monthly reports and presentations for meetings and project deliverables.

  • Mentoring of PhD students.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess PhD degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Material Science Physics or related disciplines.

  • Experience in operating CVD systems for growth of 2D and other nanomaterials.

  • Experience in nanomaterial characterization techniques.

  • Good management skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent teamwork awareness.

  • Good communication and writing

  • Strong responsibility for research / work.
