Meet the team:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing global team in an exciting new role as Treasury Manager APAC based in Manila Philippines.
As treasury manager you will be responsible for treasury across all APAC legal entities. Your role will include but is not limited to cash forecasting funding regulatory reporting currency exposure management project implementation bank account management and merchant banking.
You will be responsible for leading a treasury team based in Manila Philippines that supports not only the APAC region but Dexcom globally.
You will be working very closely in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders (external / internal) globally.
Where you come in:
- You design implement and manage the cash forecasting and funding processes for all APAC legal entities including oversight of internal loans and capital contributions.
- You provide strategic treasury support and expert advice to APAC leadership teams.
- You manage regulatory relationships and filings with the Central Bank of Malaysia along with other mandatory treasury-related reporting across the APAC region.
- You manage and strengthen banking relationships in the region proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- You oversee global corporate card schemes ensuring effective administration and identifying ways to optimize usage and cost-efficiency.
- You manage debt reporting for the group including internal loans and bank guarantees.
- You lead a regional treasury team collaborating closely with counterparts in North America and EMEA to meet global KPIs.
- You support the foreign currency hedge program taking ownership of FX risk mitigation strategies in APAC and providing guidance in markets with currency controls.
- You own the intercompany process from approval workflows to cash settlements.
- You manage all treasury-related audit requirements for APAC legal entities.
- You represent treasury in regional projects business reviews and key strategic meetings.
- You drive continuous process improvements and support change initiatives across the treasury function.

- You demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks.
- You are eager to learn and grow and you actively seek and apply feedback.
- You communicate effectively and bring strong research and negotiation skills to the table.
- Your proficiency with Treasury Management Systems (such as Kyriba) advanced Excel and Oracle is a plus.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree with8-12 years of industry experience
- 2-5 years of previous management or leadexperience
