We are seeking a trade qualified diesel technician to join a top franchise truck dealership in the beautiful Napier.

Responsibilities
- Service and maintenance of a broad range of trucks
- Major and minor repairs including COF repairs and accident repairs
- Using modern electronic diagnostic tools to diagnose and repair faults
- Operate from the workshop and attend breakdowns and call outs when required
Skills sought
- A recognised automotive qualification preferably as a diesel mechanic
- Experience working on late model trucks
- Sound technical skills and mechanical ability
- Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment
- Fault finding ability
- Good communication skills
- Make modifications and adaptations
- Understand the pressure on the transport industry and be willing to exceed expectations to get customers back on the road
