As an Application Scientist youll play a key role at the intersection of cutting-edge quantum research and customer success. Youll work hands-on with our quantum processors and help our customers unlock their full potential enabling them to implement advanced capabilities like tunable couplers and quantum error correction. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our users and the continued advancement and accessibility of quantum computing.
What Youll Be Doing
Support our customers in achieving their goals using our superconducting quantum processors from device tune-up to enabling QEC primitives
Deliver technical trainings tailored documentation and on-site support to customers and internal Customer Success Engineers
Collaborate with our in-house measurement team contributing to advanced experiments and deepening your knowledge of our hardware
Act as a feedback bridge between our customers and internal product teams helping shape the roadmap and user experience
Co-author scientific papers and whitepapers in collaboration with customers to showcase product capabilities and breakthroughs
Your Profile
You dont need to tick every box but if most of these apply wed love to hear from you:
PhD in superconducting qubits or equivalent industry experience
Proven experience tuning multi-qubit superconducting quantum processors; familiarity with tunable couplers is a plus
Excellent communicator able to explain complex technical concepts clearly and build trust with customers
Hands-on proactive and customer-focused mindset
Deep interest in the latest advancements in quantum tech especially in superconducting systems
Willingness to travel for customer engagement installations and conferences
Outgoing enthusiastic and a strong team collaborator
