Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and manage Change Order Requests and Subcontractor Change Orders ensuring accurate pricing and alignment with project schedules.
- Key support and management of construction claims.
- Provide guidance to project / technical teams identify legal and contractual problems and opportunities across varied projects.
- Management of subcontractor / supplier accounts to ensure continued value for money is achieved across all projects.
- Attend and facilitate change management meetings updating relevant logs and documents accordingly.
- Review and verify Subcontractors Change Item Logs ensuring accuracy and timely incorporation into project billing.
- Ensure all financial tracking tools are updated regularly and verify accuracy of cost dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Assist the project delivery teams to ensure all contractual entitlements are submitted and recovered.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Cost Management / Quantity Surveying / Engineering or a related subject.
- English advanced is required
