Our Valuations Services practice prepares objective valuations for financial reporting tax and management planning purposes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Researching target industries market and competitor information
- Interviewing clients including face-to-face meetings to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement
- Working with management to build and maintain client relationships
- Identifying and communicating potential engagements to management
- Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports
- Performing valuation of private equity and venture capital investments in a variety of industries.
- Reviewing transaction agreements and capital structures to understand rights of different share classes.
- Performing business and intangible assets valuation engagements for fair value measurements and transactions
- Developing financial models for transaction and valuation engagements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors or Masters degree with further experience and/or qualifications in Finance Accounting or Economics MBA from an accredited university or additional professional accreditation such as CFA
- Up to 1 or 2 years of experience in constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial and statistical models including: DCF comparable company and transaction stock option loss curves and commodity contracts/forecasts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of software packages including MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Native Japanese language skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
- Experience working with diverse teams
