Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic learning and development roadmap aligned with business objectives and learning needs of employees.
- Conduct organizational needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
- Managing learning resources such as training manuals e-learning modules and training videos both work with internal team and external vendors.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to identify and address the learning needs of employee.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed.
- Managing the training budget and ensuring that training programs are cost-effective.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Education Management Pharmacy or any relevant field of study.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient knowledge and experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in budget management
