Position Overview:
Our client is a leading Retail MNC. They are seeking an enthusiastic and highly responsible IT Support Specialist to join their infra team. This role will provide comprehensive technical support and services to their global employees and assist in their global IT infrastructure projects. This position also open to fresh grad(but MUST has IT support/infra experience/internship) who wants to have MNC/global project infra experience in the early stages of his career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Maintenance:Provide helpdesk support including hardware and software installation and setup email configuration support and basic printer setup.
- Network & Device Support:Deliver first-level network support to ensure stable internal network operations.
- Assist with IT Infrastructure Projects:Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure projects under the guidance of the global IT team.
- Troubleshooting & Resolution:Respond promptly to and resolve issues with IT hardware and applications escalating issues as necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Asset Management & Documentation:Maintain records of IT assets and software licenses and complete related administrative paperwork and reports.
Qualifications:
- University graduate with a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in the information technology field; recent graduates with IT support internship experience will also be considered.
- Practical experience in user support familiarity with common desktop software such as MS Office and Windows systems.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 products (e.g. Teams OneDrive SharePoint).
- Fluent in English both spoken and written capable of interacting with a global user base; native speaker level in Cantonese.
