We are looking for a Floor Supervisorbased at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Floor Supervisor we rely on you to:
- Maintain the standard of cleanliness in the guestroom and surrounding areas in accordance with the policies standards and guidelines established by the Hotel
- Communicate with Room Attendants for all concerned items as requested by the guests
- Provide chemical training for Room Attendants
- Provide for guest supply control
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Housekeeping Department preferably in an international Hotel withsimilar capacity
- Motivated quality driven customer and business results oriented
- Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese; fluent spoken Putonghua would be an advantage
