SCHOOL OF CREATIVE ARTS
Part-time Lecturer ()
TheSchool of Creative Arts (SCA) comprised of three well-established academic units: theAcademy of FilmtheAcademy of Music andtheAcademy of Visual Arts. Established on July 1 2022 SCA is dedicated to nurturing future-ready talents for Hong Kong and beyond while making a significant impact on society through innovative research and transdisciplinary studies.
The School is currently seeking a Part-time Lecturer to teach the course(s) at undergraduate level in the following areas:
- Entertainment / Media / Creative industries; and
- Creative entrepreneurship.
The ideal candidate should hold a Masters degree or above in related disciplines with 3 years of experience in entertainment industries with aspects of content development budgeting licensing administration marketing or audience engagement preferably with teaching experience at the university level. A good command of English and Chinese excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility are required.
Duties may also include supervision of students marking of examination papers and any other work as assigned by the Programme Director and the Dean of School.
The initial appointment will be offered on a part-time basis commencing August 2025. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review and course availability.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
