Position Summary

The Real Estate and Facilities department will be seeking proactive and experienced Maintenance Zone Managers to lead maintenance operations within a designated area of our 300-acre tree-lined campus in the heart of Houston in the near future. These roles will oversee a team of skilled professionals foster strong customer relationships and ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety functionality and appearance all in support of the universitys mission of excellence in teaching research and community engagement.

Workplace Requirements

These positions are exclusively on-site necessitating that all duties be performed in roles are classified as essential positions requiring on-site presence to effectively carry out their vital functions. Per Rice policy 440work arrangements may be subject to change.

Hiring Range

These are full-time benefits-eligible positions and the salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Exempt (salaried) positions underFLSA are not eligible for overtime.
