Pay Rate/Range: $14.50-16/hr
Description: Seeking a Customer Service / Call Center Associate for a local growing bank. The Customer Service / Call Center Associate works in the call center providing guidance for customer and employee questions. The Customer Service / Call Center Associate also orders checks and helps with electronic banking support new and closed account reports bill pay and online banking regulations.
Job Requirements: Must have strong customer service and phone with MS Excel and MS Word is required. Seeking those with previous banking and/or call center experience.
Job Type:Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
