Were on the hunt for an experienced a People Partner Lead who sits within Global People Function team and is based in Stockholm Sweden. A successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Elekta People agenda operating as a strategic partner to the Leadership team whilst ensuring our global HR processes are implemented in accordance with Elektas policies practices and objectives. This role is required to have the personal impact and credibility to influence key decision makers to enable future growth.
What youll do at Elekta
The People Partner Lead Group Functions responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Build trust and ensure a people centric and value-added approach that supports business objectives
- Increase the use of meaningful data-driven insights that enables the organization to improve decision making on all things people acting as both coach and consultant across the business to develop and promote a comprehensive people management strategy
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the business line level for alignment of the corporate People strategy with other business strategies
- Drive organizational efficiency by ensuring that structure job design and competency needs are evaluated and developed in collaboration with centers of excellence
- Advocate for DEI initiatives challenging policies and systems provide support to management and staff on DEI matters fostering a culture of inclusiveness and respect throughout the organisation.
- Anticipate and identify potential leadership gaps
- Contribute to the development of global HR processes and programs by providing insight of business requirements and business specific commercial acumen to the CoEs
- Responsible for delivering on: Succession planning Strategic workforce review Talent review
- Responsible for supporting managers on: Global employee surveys (team development) Coaching Organization design and development Pulse check LTI & STI (global plan) Annual merit execution Job Architecture Benchmarking & Equal pay or Special incentives
The right stuff
- Excellent stakeholder management consultation and coaching skills able to influence at senior level and balancing the people and business aspects of the role
- Strong business acumen understands how decisions impact business performance
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands
- Culturally savvy proven ability to work alongside and get results in a diverse cultural environment
- Broad generalist with subject matter expertise on change management organizational development and re-design
What you bring:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (mainly from the HR business partnering area) preferably gained in a dynamic matrix and change oriented global organization with process complexity
- University degree in Human Resources Business administration Economics or equivalent
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement
- In depth knowledge and experience on transformational change activities and programs
- Good IT skills MS Office HR database/systems management tools (e.g Workday)
