Job Description
Requirements:
- Expatriate professional with proven IB curriculum experience across academic levels.
- Strong expertise in Project-Based Learning (PBL).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education; IB leadership certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of academic leadership in IB schools.
- Strong skills in strategic planning teacher mentoring and performance management.
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership abilities.
- The position is open for multiple locations including Lahore Karachi Islamabad and Multan.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and instructional leadership to ensure IB and PBL excellence.
- Oversee curriculum planning implementation and assessment in line with IB standards.
- Lead teacher evaluation coaching and professional development.
- Drive continuous improvement plans and innovative teaching practices.
- Manage section operations resources and compliance with IB regulations.
- Foster a positive inclusive and inquiry-driven learning culture.
- Engage with parents stakeholders and IB authorities during authorization and evaluation processes.
