We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations sales performance and customer service standards of our banking branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the branch team driving business growth ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch in line with bank policies and procedures.
Oversee cash management vault balancing KYC/AML compliance and audits.
Ensure all branch activities comply with regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.
Maintain operational efficiency accuracy and security of financial transactions.
Drive branch-level revenue growth through acquisition of new customers and cross-selling of banking products (loans deposits insurance investments).
Meet or exceed branch targets for deposits loans and third-party products.
Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies to increase branch visibility and customer base.
Identify potential business segments (retail MSME HNI etc.) and nurture relationships.
Supervise coach and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team goals.
Ensure staff training performance evaluation and development to improve productivity and service delivery.
Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on customer satisfaction and compliance.
Maintain high levels of customer service and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Strengthen relationships with key customers and ensure customer retention.
Handle VIP and high-net-worth clients with personalized banking solutions.
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field (MBA or professional banking qualifications preferred).
510 years of banking experience with at least 23 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of retail banking products services and regulatory guidelines.
Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
