The Role

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support our Existing Business sales team. Thi role will be based fulltime at our Penrose branch reporting to the Sales Manager. As the sales enablement specialist youwill be the ground force keeping things running smoothly ; from handling customer escalations to building smarter sales tools and processes. Youwill coordinate between internal business units support sales processes resolve customer escalations and use your analytical and tech skills to identify and improve how we work within the sales team.

This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for sales operations who can balance fast-moving priorities with structured thinking and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing sales materials reports and documents for the wider sales team
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards
  • Support sales data quality provide support to the Regional Sales Manager as and when required
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across tools workflows and sales processes
  • Support onboarding and training for new sales team members especially on tools templates and internal procedures.
  • Assist with the adoption and optimisation of sales enablement tools and platforms specifically Power BI tools.
  • Monitor common customer issues and identify trends to assist with the implementation of preventative process improvements
  • Champion the voice of the customer within the internal teams to help improve the post-sale customer experience
  • Working with internal customers to ensure better outcomes for customers and the Sales Team.

Previous experience with sales support and an understanding of the sales operational disciplines and nature of the business or similar is preferred.
